• No refunds for monthly subscriptions after the cooling-off period
• No refunds for partial use or unused analysis credits
• 30-day notice required for subscription cancellation unless otherwise required by applicable law

5.3 Subscription Changes

You may upgrade your subscription at any time, with the increased price prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading your subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Changes to subscription tiers are subject to our current pricing and terms at the time of change.

6.2 License Grant

You grant Pragma AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates automatically upon document deletion or account closure. We will not use your Content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

6.3 Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED LEGAL PROFESSIONAL. THE ANALYSIS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED LEGAL PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING ANY LEGAL DECISIONS OR TAKING ANY LEGAL ACTION. PRAGMA AI IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pragma AI, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service provider failures, or delays, or denial of service attacks.

9.2 Termination by Pragma AI

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, or terminate these Terms, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to pay any fees when due
• Engaging in illegal or harmful activities
• Using the Service in a way that could subject Pragma AI to liability
• Exceeding usage limits or otherwise abusing the Service

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination: (a) your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately; (b) we will delete all your Content and account information as described in our data retention policy; (c) any outstanding payment obligations will become immediately due; and (d) sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including the right to bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
